This role centers on production automation and practical business adoption.As a GTM Engineer, you will own agents supporting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. You will use prompt design, tool calling, REST APIs, and automation tools to move workflows from manual processes to reviewed agents. Production automations and solid AI fluency are required.Key Responsibilities:
Build custom agents and reusable skills on CortexAutomate lead, account, outbound, enrichment, and referral workflowsMap workflow backlogs and select agent, automation, or manual solutionsTune prompts, review performance data, and fix regressionsDebug Cargo, HubSpot,



Customer.Io, and related workflowsRequirements:
Three or more years in technical GTM, RevOps, or growth engineeringProduction automation experience with demonstrable resultsHands-on LLM application experience, including prompt design and tool callingSolid SQL and Python or JavaScript with REST API comfortFluent English;
