This full time position supports water and wastewater clients.As a Senior Management Consultant, you will pursue, plan, manage, and deliver utility management and program management projects. You will collaborate with HDR engineering, Utility Management Services staff, and teaming partners to develop client solutions. The work influences business operations, asset management, and capital program delivery.Key Responsibilities:




Advise water and wastewater clients on complex strategic challengesPlan consulting engagements affecting business and asset operationsSupervise medium to large skilled staff teamsManage larger projects and programs as neededConsult on utility planning and organizational structureRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fieldAt least 10 years of consulting experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word and ExcelStrong relationship, organizational, communication, and follow-up skillsCommitment to HDR’s employee-owned cultureBring strategic advisory, project management, and water industry expertise to HDR’s utility management work across Ontario.
