Responsibilities Manage
General accounting for the company and its two affiliated entities.
Handle the full accounting cycle. Manage the complete payroll process, including source deductions (DAS) and T4 slips.
Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
Prepare adjusting entries, manage fixed assets, and handle prepaid expenses.
Perform bank reconciliations and tax remittances.
Execute intercompany transactions.
Ensure compliance with accounting and tax standards.
Complete fuel reports.
The current incumbent will remain in the role for as long as necessary to ensure a smooth knowledge transfer.
Prepare monthly financial statements and year-end files for the accounting firm.
Perform other related tasks.




Manage administrative duties related to foreign workers.
