The role supports asset management, service continuity, risk-informed planning, and team-oriented relationships with internal and external partners across Victoria’s civic buildings.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee custodial, security, maintenance, asset management, and space utilization servicesLead facilities construction, renewal projects, procurement, and contract managementManage operating and capital budgets and evaluate investment prioritiesLead unionized and non-unionized employees through coaching and transparent objectivesDevelop workplans,

Ten years of progressively responsible facilities or construction management experienceExperience in project management and asset management within public-facing environmentsRelated diploma in facilities management, construction, building science, or technologyProject Management Skilled and asset management planning certificationsValid Class 5 driver’s licence and vulnerable sector clearanceApply strategic judgment, financial discipline, and collaborative leadership to Victoria’s facilities operations, projects, teams, and public-service responsibilities.
