Key Responsibilities
Install, repair, and maintain commercial flat and low-slope roofing systems.
Perform roof repairs, preventative maintenance, and leak investigations.
Follow project specifications and company safety procedures.
Safely operate and handle roofing tools, equipment, and materials.
Assist with loading, unloading, and moving roofing supplies.
Work collaboratively with crew members to complete projects efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and secure worksite.
Qualifications
Previous commercial roofing experience is preferred.
Experience with flat and low-slope roofing systems is an asset.
Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
Physically capable of performing demanding outdoor manual labour.
Robust work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's licence is an asset.
