Lead Alberta AG Centre’s agricultural equipment service operations with solid leadership and technical knowledge. This full time role includes travel up to 25%.The Service Manager provides accountability for the Service Department and shop performance. You will guide technician development, safety, productivity, quality, and throughput. Sound business judgment and agricultural equipment expertise support productive operations and performance targets.Key Responsibilities:
Own department productivity, quality, and shop throughputAssign technician work by skill, workload, and urgencyReview completed repairs for quality and technical accuracyMentor technicians and support technical training requirementsMaintain shop safety, tooling, equipment, and organizationRequirements:
Agricultural Equipment Technician certification or equivalent trade ticketStrong agricultural equipment knowledge and mechanical experiencePrevious leadership experience managing or coaching peopleStrong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsValid driver’s license and ability to travelBring agricultural equipment expertise, technician leadership, and safety knowledge to Alberta AG Centre’s Service Department.
