The Reconciliation and Tax Team Leader oversees operational reconciliations and tax production activities. This senior leader guides specialists, ensures accurate reporting, and maintains CRA compliance. The position supports controls, risk mitigation, process improvement, and service accuracy across reconciliation and tax functions. Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop reconciliation and tax specialists Oversee tax filings, remittances, reporting, and CRA obligations Manage daily through annual reconciliation activities and controls Resolve discrepancies with Operations, Finance, and stakeholders Manage CRA audits, inquiries, assessments, and information requests Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience Three-plus years leading complex Operations teams Three-plus years of people leadership experience Knowledge of CRA regulations preferred Canadian Securities licensing preferred Apply reconciliation leadership, Canadian tax knowledge, and operational controls expertise to support Edward Jones clients and teams.
