This Dietary Worker provides patient customer service and serves as a liaison to other departments. The position involves answering phones, recording menu orders, addressing questions, and directing calls appropriately. You will use web-based software while maintaining knowledge of therapeutic diets and collaborating with doctors, nurses, and the Food & Nutrition team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer patient calls about meals and nutritional needs
- Record patient orders using software systems
- Direct questions appropriately when answers are unavailable




- Coordinate accurate nutrition with doctors and nurses
- Maintain privacy, safety, dignity, and sanitation standards

Requirements:

- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
- Food service or dietary clerk experience preferred
- Fluent English communication; bilingual or multilingual skills appreciated
- Comfort using software, keyboards, and telephone headsets
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable under pressure
