The Institutional Research Analyst is responsible for assessing informational needs, collecting, analyzing and interpreting information from a wide variety of sources to provide insight to support decision-making.

In addition, the Institutional Research Analyst is responsible for working with partners to identify key metrics and assist in the development of planning and evaluation tools to support the College’s strategy in the area of strategic enrollment management (SEM).

Qualifications Education and Experience: A minimum of a 4-year degree (or equivalent) with emphasis on statistics, research methods, data analysis,



or similar A minimum of 3 years experience conducting large studies utilizing qualitative and quantitative techniques.

Must be oriented to data management, synthesis and analysis.

Familiarity with statistical/ analysis software.

Project management experience.

Ability to verify/interpret data, prepare accurate reports, etc.

Experience in a post-secondary educational environment.
