Here's why you should apply: Paid weekly accurate and on time Strong health and safety programs Medical and dental perks once qualified Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Package products according to specific packaging instructions and quality standards Inspect materials for defects and report any quality concerns to the Packaging Team Leader Pack materials based on shipping priorities and work order requirements Check and document product hardness according to order specifications Verify order weights and piece counts for accuracy Complete required production, packaging, and order documentation Print bundle tickets and labels using the EPICS system Follow all quality policies, procedures, and system requirements Use hand tools such as staple guns and nail guns to build skids and prepare shipments Provide support and guidance to new team members as required Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Comply with all company policies, procedures,



and Occupational Health & Safety regulations Perform other general labour duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehousing, packaging, or general labour role Previous manufacturing experience preferred Experience in extrusion or a similar manufacturing environment is considered an asset Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong teamwork and communication skills Knowledge of health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment Reliable, punctual, and flexible with work assignments Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs as required Mu st be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada Are you interested in this position?
