This role will leverage data from multiple systems to provide meaningful insights that support operational and business decision-making. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience working with reporting and analytics solutions, strong SQL skills, experience with Salesforce, and proficiency with business intelligence tools. They should be comfortable working independently, managing competing priorities, and collaborating across technical and business teams. Query and analyze data from multiple systems and databases using SQL and other reporting tools. Create ad hoc reports and data requests in support of business and client needs. Validate data accuracy and identify anomalies, trends, or potential issues within reporting environments. Support the identification, review,



and remediation of security, compliance, and data governance risks. Participate in report design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment activities. Work with technical writers and business stakeholders to document report specifications, business requirements, and dashboard objectives. 2-4 years of experience in a reporting, business intelligence, data analyst, or related role. ~ Robust SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and validating results. ~ Experience with Business Intelligence and reporting platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools). ~ Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server. ~ Experience with Salesforce reporting and data structures. Experience creating dashboards and executive-level reporting. Basic understanding of data governance, data quality, and information security principles.
