Support older adults at Chartwell through compassionate personal care, mobility assistance, medication administration, and exceptional resident service. Flexible hours are required.

As a Guest Attendant, you will help residents live comfortably, safely, and with dignity. The work includes personal care, daily routines, laundry, light housekeeping, meal service, and individualized care plans. You will also maintain clean, protected resident areas and follow health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist residents with personal care, mobility, dressing, and meals
- Provide laundry, light housekeeping, and meal service support
- Administer medications according to individual care plans
- Maintain clean, protected resident areas and follow protocols
- Respond to concerns and report to the Health and Wellness Manager

Requirements:

- Experience in personal care, laundry, food service, or support services
- Secondary school education; care-field training preferred
- Ability to read, follow, and communicate instructions effectively
- Empathy, patience, and understanding of seniors’ needs
- Flexible hours and physical ability to perform required tasks
