Work full time across Canada.Reporting to Arcadis’s Legal Director – Canada, you will support complex infrastructure, construction, and engineering matters. The role covers contract pursuits, negotiations, delivery, and claims management. You will partner with project, bid, and business teams while aligning legal strategies with business objectives.Key Responsibilities:



Provide commercial legal support across complex contract lifecyclesAdvise project and bid teams on contractual risksPartner with business leaders on legal strategiesDevelop strategies mitigating risks and avoiding contractual disputesSupport claims management alongside external counselRequirements: Three to six years of post-call legal experiencePrivate practice or in-house legal experienceLaw license in Ontario, Alberta, or another Canadian provinceCommercial, construction, infrastructure, engineering, or professional services experienceFamiliarity with PDB or Alliancing preferredApply commercial contracting, infrastructure, and risk expertise as Arcadis Legal Counsel supporting complex projects across Canada.#J-18808-Ljbffr
