Remote Option for Full Time or Contract Maintain, configure and optimize the Salesforce platform with the CRM product owners and business resources Maintain data quality and integrity (deduplication, validation rules, data cleanup) Monitor system performance and usage, analyze logs and troubleshoot issues Prepare and coordinate Salesforce releases, maintenance plans, updates and patches Provide ongoing technical support and handle tickets according to SLAs, acting as the liaison between users, the ServiceDesk and the application development teams Prepare and maintain technical documentation,
