Lead Sunglass Hut sales and store operations as an Assistant Manager I, using coaching and merchandising skills on a full time schedule. The Assistant Manager I partners with the Store or Multi Store Manager to oversee daily functions. This leadership position covers selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence. You will support associates, customer relationships, brand standards, and operational execution. Use company tools to deliver sales plans and objectives Recruit talent and conduct interviews with store leadership Execute operational policies and product learning High school diploma or GED Expertise in every aspect of store operation Customer service or retail experience preferred Apply your store operations, coaching, and customer relationship expertise to support Sunglass Hut's retail leadership team.
