JAK’s seeks a Service Champion passionate about people, wine, craft beer, cider, and spirits. You will help guests choose products, offer food pairing suggestions, and explain what’s behind each bottle. Retail or customer service experience supports this customer-focused position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product selection and food pairing suggestions
- Educate guests about products and what’s behind each bottle
- Receive orders, unload pallets, and stock the sales floor
- Process till orders and create excellent in-store experiences




- Maintain store presentation and complete warehouse duties

Requirements:

- Polished customer service skills and interest in beverage products
- Retail or customer service experience
- Enjoyment of helping others and building guest relationships
- Desire to continually learn recent things
- Ability to lift fifty pounds safely; evening and weekend availability
