At Cascades Casino, you oversee casino security while supporting a comfortable environment for guests and employees. The role requires awareness of gaming operations, provincial gaming regulations, applicable laws, policies, and procedures. You will help protect Gateway from theft and fraud while responding to guest needs.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain a visible presence on the gaming floor
Respond quickly to guest inquiries
Control facility and sensitive-area access
Monitor alarm panels and issue keys
Write reports, logs, and investigation records
Requirements: Minimum six months of security experience
High-level customer service skills
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Computer and surveillance equipment experience
Ability to obtain Category 2 Gaming Assistant registration
Use sound judgment, communication, and security experience to protect Cascades Casino guests, employees, and gaming operations.
