We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Event & Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing sports organization.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in sports operations, event coordination, team travel, tournament planning, or administrative support within a sports workplace.

What You'll Be Doing: Coordinate tournament schedules, events, and team activities Arrange travel, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries Communicate with hotels, vendors, venues, partners, and other stakeholders Manage registrations, schedules, calendars, and event documentation Assist with athlete/player program coordination and documentation Support sponsor research, outreach, CRM updates, and deliverables Assist with expense tracking, invoices, and administrative records Prepare reports and maintain organized operational information Provide general administrative and operational support to the team We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:



Previous experience supporting a basketball team, sports team, league, tournament, or sports organization Experience coordinating events, tournaments, or team travel Strong organizational and communication skills The ability to manage multiple schedules, deadlines, and moving parts Experience working with vendors, hotels, venues, athletes, coaches, or other stakeholders Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently Previous experience working directly with a sports organization or planning travel and logistics for teams/groups is highly preferred.
