This Flat Roofing Systems Installer position requires three to less than five years of experience. Work includes conventional and inverted built-up systems, modified roofing systems, rigid pre-formed systems, single ply sheet membranes, and skylights. The work is completed at physical locations without remote options. Travel between various locations is required, with institutional settings also included.

Key Responsibilities:

- Apply waterproof coatings to concrete and masonry surfaces
- Work above or below ground level as assigned
- Install conventional and inverted built-up roofing systems




- Install modified, rigid, and single ply membrane systems
- Work with skylights across various commercial locations

Requirements:

- Three to less than five years of experience
- English language ability
- Willingness to travel between work locations
- Ability to work outdoors and at heights
- Ability to handle up to 45 kilograms

Use flat roofing, waterproof coating, membrane, and skylight experience in physically demanding commercial, industrial, and institutional work.
