Kitchen Brigades operates as a culinary education program delivered in schools across Canada. The Consultant Chef Trainer delivers hands-on workshops, teaching basic cooking techniques and healthy eating using La Tablée des Chefs materials.
Ideal candidates are passionate about food, skilled in teaching youth (ages 12–17), and able to work autonomously with responsibility. The mandate lasts 24 weeks with after-school sessions and a 4–5 hour weekly commitment.
