Reporting to the Food & Beverage Director, the Food & Beverage Manager will play a pivotal role in ensuring the flawless operation of our restaurant by providing efficient service, maintaining high standards, and fostering a high-performing team. Building and maintaining strong professional relationships within the front-of-house and back-of-house teams will be crucial to your success. . Cultivate a culture of authentic hospitality to support business objectives and growth. Manage financial aspects such as inventory controls, period-end assistance, billing reconciliation, and cash deposits. Prepare financial reports, analyze performance,



and recommend strategies for departmental growth. Handle recruitment, employee schedule, training, integration, performance feedback, and employee relations. Address service-related issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide ongoing support to the Food & Beverage Supervisor and service team, actively participating in service. Support the Food & Beverage Director in achieving departmental key performance objectives for the restaurant operations. Build and motivate a high-performing team with strong quality and sales standards. Maintain an impeccable online reputation across platforms like TripAdvisor, Google, and local review sites. Strong leadership and team management skills. Extensive knowledge in wines and beverages. Smart Serve Certification is required. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service.
