This role will be responsible for the safe construction of foundations and other concrete structures on a commercial site. Erect/install and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades required at construction sites. Carry out a variety of carpentry services (including backing, blocking, framing, installation and other general carpentry. Installs precast units, framing systems sheathing, exterior trims, interior/exterior doors and hardware, windows, flooring, wall coverings, washroom accessories and architectural materialsExecute work with minimal supervision while working alongside a team and other sub-trades to complete projects. Perform other construction related duties as assigned.



Maintaining a clean construction site. Adhere to Clark Builders policies and procedures. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th year Apprenticeship training or Journeyperson certificate. Must have concrete form work experience. Experience working in commercial/industrial construction is considered an asset. Valid first aid certificate an asset.
