As Site Manager, you oversee 646 Hewistson St. and regularly visit 800 Marks St. You will lead employees, sell storage solutions, follow up with leads, and maintain positive customer experiences. The work combines daily operations, payments, safety, security, reporting, and facility care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach teams and ensure policies and procedures are followed
- Sell storage solutions and follow up with leads
- Handle customer concerns and maintain service standards
- Process transactions and follow up on late payments
- Monitor inspections, maintenance, inventory, safety, and security

Requirements:

- Two or more years of sales experience
- Customer service, sales, and operations experience
- Availability during opening hours and occasional after-hours incidents
- Technical skills for managing multiple operational systems
- Reliable vehicle for travel between both sites
