As part of Ledcor’s multi discipline, self-performing organization—executing up to 90% of our work in‑house—you’ll influence outcomes across the full project lifecycle while mentoring and supporting project controls team members in the field.This role is ideal for an experienced project controls professional who thrives in a site‑based setting, partners closely with operations and leadership, and brings clarity and discipline to complex projects through robust systems, data‑driven insights, and proactive decision‑making.At Ledcor, it’s not just about delivering successful projects—it’s about building a meaningful career alongside people who value integrity, teamwork, grit, and pride in craftsmanship.Essential Responsibilities:Prepare complex reports in Excel for internal and external distributionCompile, review, analyze, and present large quantities of data via the progress monitoring toolFacilitates the tracking of project milestones and financial deadlines; assistance with the creation of the project schedule; inputs and updates schedule throughout the projectResponsible for the administration and technical support for various in‑house database applicationsSupports the subcontract management process by providing assistance with the review and processing of invoices and progress claims, and assistance with the review of documents and inquiriesInfluence method and format of tables, charts and reportsContinuously improve project administrative processes and procedures to enhance efficiencies for the projectsSet up the project Control Budget and responsible for monitoring and reporting on progress of schedule and productivity vs. budget. Perform budget updates as requiredImplement Ledcor systems and procedures including progress draws for project billings and the cost accounting system at project start‑up and maintain throughout the projectQualifications:Post‑secondary education in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline7+ years of progressive experience in project controls within industrial or large‑scale construction environmentsProven experience leading cost and schedule controls on engineering and construction projectsAdvanced knowledge of project cost systems, productivity tracking, earned value, and performance measurementStrong scheduling experience with Primavera P6; TILOS experience considered an assetExperience with InEight – InEight Control, InEight Plan, InEight ChangeStrong understanding of project controls terminology, workflows, and interfaces with construction and engineering teamsExperience in contract managementExcellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information to technical and non‑technical stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to lead, influence, and collaborate across multi‑disciplinary teams in a site‑based environmentWork Conditions:This is a site based positionCompensation$60,400.00 - $83,050.00This is the expected base pay range for this role.
