The role combines hands-on technical expertise with operational leadership, including planning resources, operating and maintaining Uncrewed Vehicle Systems (UVS), resolving technical and operational issues, and supporting customer and internal business requirements.
The Team Lead also coaches and develops team members while ensuring activities are delivered in accordance with safety, quality, security and operational requirements.
Lead and coordinate Field Services personnel during assigned operations, deployments, training and trials.
