The position offers exposure to cross-functional stakeholders, external print vendors, and brand-aligned marketing execution.

Edmonton or Calgary, Hybrid, Working Hours: MST Must Haves 2+ years coordinating marketing projects or high-volume deliverables Hands-on use of Jira for task creation, tracking, and workflow coordination Experience supporting print production and coordinating with external vendors Exposure to digital QA ,



including intranet updates or email deployment Marketing or creative team background Nice to Have Google Workspace skills Marketing experience Digital Media and Innovation background Responsibilities Analyze intake requests and translate requirements into structured Jira tasks and subtasks Monitor assigned Jira tasks and follow up on scheduling risks or missing inputs Coordinate print production activities with external print vendors Review and execute digital requests, including intranet updates and email deployment Support marketing asset development aligned with brand guidelines Ensure production specifications, asset links, work codes, and milestones are documented prior to execution
