Under ramp supervisor direction, this position delivers professional, courteous service to passengers and crew members. Duties include aircraft preparation, hand-signal guidance, towing, fueling, loading, unloading, and transportation. The schedule is irregular, with availability required Monday through Sunday. French and English communication supports international clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Welcome passengers and crew members respectfully
Apply safety rules on ramps and in hangars
Prepare aircraft for flight and customer acceptance
Guide aircraft during arrivals and departures
Tow, fuel, load, unload, and transport passengers
Requirements: Hold at least a Canadian work permit
Possess a valid Class 5 driver's licence
Hold or obtain AVOP D within three months
Be eligible for a restricted area identity card
Speak French and English; lift 50 pounds
Bring responsible judgment, communication skills, and secure ramp practices to aircraft preparation, movement, fueling, and passenger support duties.
