Cut and bend materials for production at ITB in Coaldale, using saws, shears, and blueprint-reading skills. Core hours run from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
The Material Cutting Assistant supports Intercontinental Truck Body’s production line for custom truck bodies, trailers, and enclosures. This full time, permanent position involves preparing materials for fabrication while applying mechanical and technical skills. You will interpret schematics, blueprints, and assembly instructions, then verify completed components against specifications. ITB values reliability, creativity, and critical thinking in its expanding Coaldale plant.
Key Responsibilities: Operate Dual Mitre, Chop, Table, and Steel Band Saws
Operate shears and the Kaltenbach
Read schematics, blueprints,



and assembly instructions
Measure completed components and conduct quality control checks
Package and palletize materials for shipping
Requirements: Mechanical and technical skills for production work
Strong ability to read blueprints
Exposure to basic hand and power tools
Previous Dual Mitre Saw experience is an asset
Physical strength and stamina
Apply blueprint interpretation, equipment operation, and quality control skills as a Material Cutting Assistant supporting ITB production.
