As a Customer Service Representative, you will greet Members and Potential Members at Southpointe Centre. You will check in Members, answer calls, book appointments, and support questions about club services, amenities, FitFix, and Cardio machines. The role also includes membership sales and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities: Greet Members and Potential Members warmly upon arrival
Check Members in for workouts at the club
Answer calls, take messages, and book appointments
Assist Members with FitFix and Cardio machines
Complete cleaning tasks and club runs as required
Requirements: CPR-A and AED Certification
Smart Tan certification within three months of employment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency using computers and club systems
Previous customer service and sales experience is an asset
Use customer service, communication, and fitness knowledge to create welcoming experiences for GoodLife Fitness Members daily.
