The Senior Financial Analyst reports to the Manager of Corporate Accounting, Consolidation & Reporting. You will provide technical accounting guidance, prepare position papers, support close activities, and explain financial statement variances. The work also covers internal controls, consolidation, and reporting efficiency.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly and quarter-end financial statement variance analysis
Draft technical accounting position papers under IFRS
Support period-end close, accrual reviews, and consolidations
Maintain Financial Data Model and general ledger structures
Support Workday enhancements and accounting workflow automation
Requirements: Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business discipline
Four or more years of progressive corporate accounting experience
Working knowledge and application of IFRS accounting standards
CPA designation and advanced Excel proficiency
Ability to manage close timelines and reporting discrepancies
