Operate shuttle vehicles for FedEx Express Canada, transporting freight between facilities while scanning and sorting packages. This is a full-time interview position.
As a Shuttle Driver, you will load and unload freight, audit package size and weight, and separate shipments by service type and destination. You will use computerized tracking equipment and protect customer and company property. The position includes vehicle care, regulatory compliance, and safe freight handling.
Key Responsibilities: Transport freight within and between facilities
Load, unload, scan, and sort packages
Audit package size and weight
Secure customer property, vehicles, and equipment
Clean vehicles and perform minor maintenance
Requirements: High school diploma or educational equivalent
Valid unrestricted Class 5 or Class G license
Good driving record and safe operating practices
Ability to lift 70 pounds or maneuver 150-pound packages
Ability to complete basic and recurrent training
Bring protected driving, package handling, computerized scanning, and freight security skills to FedEx Express Canada shuttle operations.
