This Inside Sales Representative develops sales among recent and existing customers, typically small and mid-range accounts. You will manage multiple sales-cycle stages, from lead development and qualification through needs analysis, value propositions, negotiation, and closing. Strong communication and business acumen support customer service and growth.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Successful experience prospecting new customers
Strong business acumen involving products, customers, and suppliers
Strong written, verbal, and active-listening communication skills
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and follow up effectively
Bring consultative selling, prospecting, and customer communication skills to Berlin Packaging’s inside sales team and growing customer base.
