Lead parking operations at Indigo Park’s Victoria General site using scheduling, staff direction, inspections, and operational troubleshooting. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM.
The Supervisor / VG Site Lead oversees daily parking operations and location staff. This role coordinates schedules, enforces parking policies, maintains supplies, and supports equipment reliability. It also includes administrative, client-relations, and staffing responsibilities with the Area Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Lead overall parking operations for the Victoria General site
Oversee parking lots, circulation, equipment, and supplies
Manage staff schedules and direct on-site activities




Inspect equipment and complete minor repairs when required
Coach staff and enforce parking policies
Requirements: Minimum two years in supervision or leadership
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Administrative background and Microsoft Office experience considered an asset
Ability to work indoors or outdoors when required
Reliable transportation and troubleshooting ability
Bring leadership, parking operations, staff coordination, and equipment troubleshooting experience to Indigo Park’s Victoria General site.
