Support Walmart’s Mississauga distribution centre through receiving, order filling, and freight shipment while maintaining picking accuracy. This role is based at 233 Madill Boulevard.
As a Distribution Centre Team Associate, you will work across picking, receiving, and shipping areas as business dictates. Your duties include trailer loading, inventory replenishment, order filling, and compliance with Operations, health and safety, and housekeeping procedures. The position requires physical capability and safety equipment.
Key Responsibilities: Load and unload trailers during general warehouse operations
Work in picking, receiving, and shipping areas
Replenish and restock inventory and customer products




Maintain order filling performance and picking accuracy
Follow Operations, health and safety, and housekeeping procedures
Requirements: Be 18 years or older
Lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly for 10 hours daily
Have steel-toed safety shoes or boots on the first day
Use required personal protective gear, provided as appropriate
Work continuously between plus 12 C and minus 24 C at PDC locations
Bring warehouse, order filling, and freight-handling capability to Walmart’s distribution centre in Mississauga, Ontario.
