You will develop expertise in company secretarial services, statutory compliance, contract drafting, and commercial transactions. The role supports senior attorneys advising diverse corporate clients and contributing to practical legal solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Assist with company registrations, amendments, and dissolutions
Draft and review service agreements, NDAs, and shareholder agreements
Research corporate and commercial law issues




Support company secretarial compliance with the Companies Act
Assist due diligence for corporate transactions
Requirements: Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
Completed articles and admission
Solid academic record in corporate and commercial law
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Microsoft Office and legal research database proficiency
Build corporate law expertise through commercial drafting, legal research, compliance, and transaction support in Kimberley.
