You will: Lead and coordinate the care team during your shift
Administer and audit medication safely
Support care planning, reviews, and risk assessments
Monitor residents’ wellbeing and elevate concerns appropriately
Mentor and supervise team members
Help maintain high standards in line with CQC requirements
Take charge of the home in the absence of the Home Manager or Care Coordinator

What We’re Looking For Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or working towards)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in the care sector
Experience administering medication
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Good understanding of safeguarding and person‑centred care
Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Eligible to work in the UK and able to provide original documents for a DBS check
Experience with care audits and quality monitoring
Knowledge of CQC standards and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS)
Restore2, First Aid, and Fire Warden training
Pay Rates £14.44 per hour
