Albion Neighbourhood Services seeks a Youth Program Coordinator for BGC Albion’s after-school programs. You will plan recreation, sports, arts, educational and life skills activities while supporting positive youth development. The position supervises staff, students and volunteers and coordinates daily operations.
Key Responsibilities: Plan inclusive age-appropriate youth activities and schedules
Supervise staff, students and volunteers during programming
Coordinate homework, literacy, numeracy and life skills support
Oversee snacks, attendance, documentation and site preparation




Respond to safety, behavioural and emergency concerns
Requirements: Post-secondary education in a related field
Two years working directly with children or youth
One year supervising staff, students or volunteers
Robust communication, organization and coaching skills
Vulnerable Sector Check and First Aid and CPR-C certification
Bring youth-centred leadership, program coordination and safeguarding skills to BGC Albion’s after-school services across Toronto.
