Under supervisor direction, the Rehabilitation Assistant delivers programs prescribed by regulated health care practitioners. Support adult and pediatric clients with exercises, behavioral interventions, cognitive therapy, and daily living activities. Document progress and report outcomes to applicable providers.
Key Responsibilities: Implement rehabilitation programs directed by regulated practitioners
Support client independence at home, work, and in community
Facilitate exercise, cognitive therapy, and leisure programs

Requirements: Completed recognized rehabilitation assistant college program
Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal skills for difficult situations
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
