This fixed-term contract Security Officer role supports Casino Niagara and Fallsview Casino Resort. You will maintain public order, enforce safety rules, control gaming-floor access, and respond to emergencies. The position requires cooperation in a unionized environment and respectful service for diverse patrons and associates.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain public order and enforce security and safety rules
Inspect identification and prevent prohibited gaming-floor entry
Conduct bag checks for prohibited items




Investigate incidents and prepare detailed security reports
Assist emergency responses, escorts, and intoxicated guest removals
Requirements: Related diploma or equivalent experience
Valid Ontario security license, First Aid, CPR C, and Smart Serve
Valid Ontario G licence
Solid communication and tactful de-escalation skills
Security report-writing and statement experience
Bring sound judgment, conflict resolution, and security expertise to protect Niagara Casinos guests and associates across every shift.
