Description: See patients in outpatient therapy setting Conduct diagnostic assessments and psychological evaluations.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and care teams.

Deliver outpatient psychotherapy services (individual and family therapy) Engage patients’ social supports to improve functioning and outcomes.

Coordinate care with community providers and agencies; initiate referrals as needed.

Mentor and provide clinical guidance to mental health practitioners when applicable.

Required Qualifications Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Psychology or Counseling Licenses/Certifications Licensed Psychologist - MN Board of Psychology required upon hire BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days Formal Training/Certification in a suicide prevention modality as applicable based on role within 90 Days required Physical Demands Sedentary: Lifting weight up to 10 lbs. occasionally, negligible weight frequently Allina Health is a not-for-profit health system that cares for individuals, families and communities throughout Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

Contact Pay Range Pay Range: $48.29 to $66.81 per hour

The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range.

Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).

Shift, weekend and/or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
