Outside Sales Representative – HVAC-R | New Business Development

GTA Refrigeration Supply Inc. is looking for an ambitious, experienced, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our customer base and drive business growth throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

We are a growing HVAC-R distributor specializing in commercial refrigeration equipment, parts, components, and technical solutions. We serve refrigeration contractors, mechanical contractors, HVAC-R service companies, and commercial customers.

This is not a desk sales position. We are looking for a proactive sales professional who knows how to find opportunities, approach new customers, build relationships, and turn those connections into real business.

Your primary responsibility will be generating current sales through cold calling, prospecting, visiting contractors, conducting face-to-face meetings, and developing long-term customer relationships.

You must have at least 5 years of proven HVAC-R sales experience,



strong industry knowledge, and the confidence to discuss technical products and solutions directly with customers.

We want someone who understands the GTA HVAC-R market, enjoys being in the field, takes ownership of their sales territory, and is motivated by achieving measurable results.

What Success Looks Like:

- Consistently identifying and approaching new potential customers.
- Opening new accounts and converting prospects into active purchasing customers.
- Building strong relationships with refrigeration and HVAC-R contractors.
- Identifying equipment, parts, and project sales opportunities.
- Providing knowledgeable product recommendations that solve customer needs.
- Increasing sales revenue and expanding GTA Refrigeration Supply's market presence.
