You'll take responsibility for assignments from planning through to completion, work directly with clients and play an key role in developing more junior members of the team.The roleLeading audit assignments from planning through to completionCompleting substantive and analytical audit proceduresPreparing and reviewing statutory financial statementsIdentifying key audit risks and raising significant matters with Managers and PartnersLeading planning, progress and completion meetingsManaging budgets, deadlines and resources across your assignmentsSupervising, coaching and reviewing the work of junior team membersBuilding strong relationships with clients and acting as a key day-to-day contactWorking across a varied portfolio of businesses and sectorsGetting exposure to more technically challenging assignments as your experience developsDepending on your existing experience, there can also be exposure to areas including group audits, IFRS, overseas subsidiaries, acquisitions, disposals, restructures and other complex transactions.What are they looking for?Recent audit experience within a UK accountancy practiceACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification,
