Job Description:Our client is seeking an experienced Small Animal Medical Director Veterinarian to take clinical leadership of a growing companion animal hospital. This position combines hands-on veterinary medicine with the opportunity to mentor colleagues, strengthen clinical standards and help shape a positive working culture. Recent investment in equipment, including ultrasound and an updated anaesthesia machine, supports high-quality diagnostics and patient care.The successful candidate will play an active role in coaching veterinary colleagues, encouraging clinical development and maintaining excellent standards across the hospital. Alongside leadership responsibilities, they will continue managing their own cases and building trusted relationships with clients.
