The Global Quality Officer monitors quality control data from ALS laboratories and reports findings. This position supports local quality and laboratory managers while resolving issues affecting analytical services. Responsibilities include audits, KQIs, Geochemistry round robins, and corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities: Perform vertical audits against standard operating procedures
Monitor global quality control performance indicators
Organize and report Geochemistry round robin programs
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions
Conduct in office audits as Lead Auditor
Requirements: Recognized B.Sc. or Technical Diploma in Chemistry
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Critical thinking, problem-solving, and research skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Willingness to travel for business purposes
Bring quality auditing, analytical reporting, and corrective action expertise to ALS global laboratories and scientific testing services.
