Manage resident service at Boardwalk’s Aspire or The Vue with customer service, leasing, and hands-on property care. Live on site in the View Royal or Langford area.
This Live-in Resident Manager position supports apartment and townhouse communities operated by Boardwalk. You will serve residents, show suites, collect rent, and coordinate property upkeep. Customer service experience, computer skills, and adaptability to changing systems are important for success.
Key Responsibilities: Collect rent and follow up on payment defaults
Inspect vacant, upcoming, and annual suites
Lease and show available suites to applicants
Coordinate contractors and verify scheduled work completion
Assist with cleaning, snow removal, and touch-up painting
Requirements: Live on site at Aspire or The Vue
Hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license and own vehicle
Have two years of customer service experience
Use computer and web-based programs effectively
Work flexible evenings and weekends
Bring customer service, leasing, problem-solving, and property maintenance skills to Boardwalk’s in office residential communities.
