Key Responsibilities: Lead associates in delivering exceptional customer experiences
Drive sales goals and key performance indicators
Coach, develop, and retain store talent
Analyze results and create action plans
Maintain merchandising, inventory, and operational standards
Requirements: At least three years of specialty retail experience
Previous Store Manager or retail management experience
Ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
Solid decision-making, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
