Foundations for the Future Charter Academy seeks a Learning Assistant working under the Principal’s direction. The position provides instructional, teacher, and student support within FFCA’s Direct Instruction Teaching and Learning Framework. Duties include preparing materials, reviewing curriculum, and supporting assigned learners.
Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional support under teacher guidance
Track and report student progress
Prepare instructional materials and conduct diagnostic testing
Mark student work and communicate instructional issues




Review curricular material and provide assigned student support
Requirements: Certification or enrollment in a recognized Teacher Assistant Program
Current police information check and first aid certificate
Familiarity with senior level Math and Science preferred
Supportive, caring manner and belief all students can learn
Initiative, solution orientation, and willingness to lead
