Randstad Canada seeks a hands-on Senior Accountant with at least five years of progressive experience. You will manage month-end close, financial statements, inventory valuation, cost accounting, and statutory remittances. The position supports comprehensive accounting operations at a growing manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities: Own general ledger close, journal entries, accruals, and fixed assets
Prepare financial statements, reconciliations, cash flow analyses, and variance reports
Lead inventory accounting for materials, WIP, finished goods, and scrap
Verify product costing and perform product-line margin analysis
Oversee AP, AR, payroll, benefits, and statutory filings
Requirements: Five years of progressive full-cycle accounting experience
Two years in manufacturing or distribution accounting
Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration degree or diploma
Experience preparing financial statements and owning month-end close
Ability to work full-time in office in Brantford
