As a Mobile Mortgage Specialist, you will develop business within TD’s Personal & Commercial Banking line. Target referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence while building mortgage sales and credit knowledge. TD provides targeted sales training, onboarding, and support from a Senior District Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
Target referrals from realtors and builders
Build business through financial planners and influencers
Use TD’s sales management system
Participate in joint sales calls and coaching sessions
Requirements: Proven sales track record
Exceptional quality sales skills
Independent, self-managed qualified approach
Interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
Knowledge of retail banking or credit adjudication preferred
