Engage residents daily in meaningful, familiar routines
Organize small groups and enrichment clubs
Review ISPs and Resident Profiles to tailor activities
Document participation according to quality standards
Requirements: One or more years working with memory-impaired seniors
High School Diploma or GED and age eighteen or older
Robust communication and organizational skills
Ability to adapt activities to cognitive ability
Experience leading group activities preferred
